Turnip 'tagliatelle'

turnip cut into 'tagliatelle' and cooked in apple juice, saffron, and a little tumeric. with mushroom puree, hen of the woods, curry oil, piquillo peppers and hazelnut (shaved as the 'parmesan').

 

completely vegan dish not yet completed.
