Butterfly in progress

My mosaic made during the weekend advanced course at Martin Cheeks lovely workshop in beautiful Broadstairs.

 

Using glass fusions from Martin's stock and taking inspiration from The Very Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle.

 

This was right at the start as I worked out the placement of the pieces and got my head around the new materials.
