Tummy Troubles

My 6 year old has had stomach problems very minorly for a few years now. I think it's finally starting to catch up with her, and I'm thinking it's lactose intolerance. Today we tried eliminating everything with lactose, and she still seems to have a little discomfort. She just keeps looking at me and saying "M-o-o-o-o-m" and I wish I could do something to help her! So frustrating :(
