Nutter Butter Snowmen:

 

Ingredients:

1 package of Nutter Butter Cookies

1 package of white chocolate chips

1 package of sweetened, shredded coconut (optional)

1 package of miniature chocolate chips

stick pretzels

 

To make them:

Melt the white chocolate chips

Use a rubber spatula to spread the melted white chocolate onto the Nutter Butters

Quickly sprinkle the coconut on and add the eyes and buttons

Break a stick pretzel in half, dip one end into the white chocolate and stick on the arms (they come off easily, so I've found if you dip them and stick them it makes them stay on better).

 

You can also add a nose with either real carrots or orange sprinkles, but orange sprinkles are tough to find in December (think of them in October, I didn't!)
