Elzard Duperrault And Sons

I worked on this photo a large part of the afternoon. My Aunt Mary let me borrow the neg taken of a photo, badly scuffed of Elzard Duperrault and his sons. Elzard is my great great grandfather. This photo also shows my great grandfather Fred, (who married Elizabeth Cosby), and his brothers. I got to thinking of their lives, very real to them but unknown to me and wondered on how much influence they had on mine either directly through my grandma Beatrice or indirectly through Fred. These are people who mattered, so long gone but not totally forgotten. Wish I knew more.
