Bubble Bokeh?

My point and shoot is able to produce Bokeh, but not to the point to where it is big enough to look awesome.

 

About this shot, as soon as I walked into Epcot, I was surrounded with bubbles. SO I accidentally put the camera in "supermacro" mode and that made everything out of focus. Then I Edited this in Lightroom.

 

Awesome.
