Gorgeous turtle

According to Dolphin Marine Magic's website, this is Plugga. Plugga was first rescued because he had lost most of his rear left flipper, which we assume had become a snack for something larger than him. Because of this injury, he probably would not have been able to survive in the wild.

 

This may not be Plugga though as I can't ascertain whether he has lost his flipper. There were other turtles in the tank too.
