The awesome Greek food we had for lunch yesterday only reminded me that I'm long overdue to make some Greek food at home, if noting else than to make up for the summer I visited Greece when I was not only a vegetarian, but a vegetarian who didn't like olives or eggplant. I am still surprised that they let me stay.
