Gok Teik Viaduct

Built in 1901 this impressive viaduct was the second highest railway bridge in the world at that time. 315 feet high and 2,275 feet across (Imperial units were the measure of the day!)

The train inched its way over and we all held our breath as we gazed into the abyss beneath.
