This is a new adaptation of the old fashioned thermometer, This unit can act as a remote one, connecting to your phone via either bluetooth or wifi. The phone can be used to set alarm temperatures as well as just to monitor temps. This one was a Christmas gift, and is sitting on the table of my smoker, ready to be attached to some meat via the probes. Modern times meets ancient art of cooking with fire.
