I think I have a winner!

OK, it's not perfect and I'm absolutely baffled as to how I managed to mis-align the pleat with the point on the bodice, but over-all the look is good!!!!

 

Points to change: 1) The skirt is still a tad long for this look, but that's just a hem.

2) Figure out that point thing

3) Adjust the sleeves a titch.
