Camera: Mamiya RB67

Lens: 50mm C

Filter: Tiffen 25A equivalent Cokin with P filter holder

Film: Ilford Delta 100

Scanned Negative with Digital Nikon P5100

Process description: pre rinse 5 minutes with agitation to remove anti halation dye to reduce ancillary reaction with the dye and dev then Dev: HC110 1:63 Dil H total time 11 MInutes w Agitation 1st 30sec, then 4 inversion every minute to finish, fix the same process as dev, then water bath for 5 minutes, and lastly a distilled water rinse before drying (prevents water spots)..works well with Ilford Delta 100 and Fuji Neopan 100.

Tone: added digitally, otherwise only light sharpening and minor contrast bump was all that was done to this image...I really want to Lith print this some day, but would like to try Split grade printing first specifically with this Negative just to see how the Subtle textures in the foreground sand ripples turn out.

Print Plan: Below the horizon line will be dodged to lighten the foreground and enhance shadow detail, while Increasing contrast via split grade printing. Above the horizon will be burned omitting the darker upper left portion of the sky to balance out the image Tone wise...I may additionally burn in the mountains and Island near the horizon to enhance their presence. Then of course retouching dust spots and Lint lines for Print display...in all it will be a lighter more depth creating image in the print..
