Sunset Sky and Car Trails Over America's Finest City
I went on another photo adventure with Kamala Venkatesh in Balboa Park tonight. We started out shooting sunset in Alcazar Gardens, but then moved to the Cabrillo Bridge after noticing that the sunset only looked good lower on the horizon.
This image was shot with a Canon 6D and Canon 17-40mm f/4L lens at 6 sec f/18 ISO 50 40mm. I used a low ISO and narrow aperture so that I could do a somewhat long exposure to capture the car light trails even though the sky was still fairly light. Highway 163 below and a portion of the San Diego city skyline in the background.
