111/365: After the Storm

As I mentioned before, we had a bit of a storm here yesterday. We were out at my in-laws when it hit, so we couldn't get home and assess the damage until evening. The power's still out, and we carry these torch lighters with us wherever we go now. They're saying we may not get power back for as much as a week. In the mean time, we're hanging out at my husband's office, which is one of the few places in the whole area that has power.
As far as Flickr goes, I'm still taking daily 365 shots, but I probably will not be able to make them relevant to the 40 Years in 40 Days project.
What this means is I'll probably have to pull the 40Y/40D project out of the 365 stream and just do it separately when things get back to normal. That also means I'll end up having to post 2-3/day at that point to catch up to where I should be.
So, for the next few days (probably), 40 Years in 40 Days is going to be on hiatus, and you'll probably be seeing a bunch of 365 shots that are either lit by candle, or are of me and my husband fixing storm damage. Exciting!
Hopefully, all will be back to normal sooner than we expect. But, we'll see.
