The makeup is all photoshopped. Layer masking on a photo with messy hair is teh suck.
Thanks to Stephen Poff and his awesome Joker shot for the inspiration to give it a shot, though. It was a fun exercise, and I'll have to try it again sometime on a cleaner photo.
