My first Mac

as the words flow out of my fingers

from my inner soul to the screen

unfiltered and uncensored

i began to understand my deepest longing

i see a glimpse of the true

essence of life and what is really

important in life and in death

day after day i typed away at the keyboard

wanting to understand more

the words are not mine now

they belong to a different person that

exist only in my deepest gray matter

he has lead me down an unfamiliar

path and into the darkest darkness that

i can only dream in a nightmare

for i have felt it already only to have

it taken away so swiftly in the night

but ultimately he will be me again

now i know what is the true

essence of life

i will be me again

 

i have gone to the dark side

i have brought my first mac
