Train Ride to Berlin
On a 3 hour train ride to Berlin today, I had time to think and daydream looking out the window. I love the feel of the wind on my face as I stuck my head out the train window and closed my eyes. The farm landscape flashed across. For an instance I thought I was back in Indiana, driving across the corn fields on highway 465. The sunflower fields reminded me of you and the smell of freshly cut hay reminded me of my childhood. I let the wind blow my hair back as I closed my eyes and dreamed more.
