Watched this bee in the garden this afternoon looking for something to eat. It landed on the banksia, wandered a bit, put it's head right down into the flower for a sample of what was on offer, backed out and then steadily made its way northward through the spirals and twists of the flowers looking for the youngest and sweetest nectar.
