Anvil Top
En route on my flight to São Paulo, while cruising at 31'000ft, we crossed a zone of very active thunderstorms. There was constant lightning activity in several thunderheads, but fortunately they stood far enough apart so that we could circumnavigate the anvil tops in clear air.
Far above the atmospheric turmoil, the unimpressed Milky Way core continued its external dance, while a meteor died its fiery death in a fleeting moment if beauty.
EXIF
Canon EOS Ra
Sigma 28mm f/1.4 @ f/2
Mount: Boeing 777-300ER
