Room with a View

And he laughs tonight and say's "I finally found me a room with a view - how about you?" - Tony Carey

I definitely found my room with a view during my visit with benjaminbarakat to Jungfraujoch - Top of Europe in September.

The International Foundation High Altitude Research Stations Jungfraujoch and Gornergrat (HFSJG), generously invited us to spend a night on Jungfraujoch for astrophotography and gave us access to the research station and the Spinx laboratory at 3580 m a.s.l.

This is the view from the library in the scientist quarters of the research station. You can see the Great Aletsch Glacier, the largest Glacier in the Alps, framed by the breathtaking peaks of the Bernese and Valais Alps. The whole area is part of the Jungfrau-Aletsch Protected Area, which was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2001.
