Arabian Night - Explored
Switzerland probably is not the first country associated with deserts, but these days, they are spreading everywhere.
Last night, I went to the Swiss alpine desert to shoot some mud cracks and was plesantly surprised to find Sheikh Ali bin Muddy Al Suwisri sitting on his magic carpet and enjoying a smoke from his water pipe.
Disclaimer:
Of course, there are no deserts in Switzerland, but some reservoirs are emptied in spring, leaving behind the dry lake bed with some desert-like mud cracks. This was a fun shooting with my buddy Alex Forst, who like myself, is convinced that there are better ways to incorporate a person in a nightscape than holding a flashlight towards the sky.
