Matterhorn by Night

This is another image of my trip to Stellisee above Zermatt.

 

After taking the image I published yesterday (flic.kr/p/KP9rQS), I decided that the FOV was too narrow and switched to my Samyang 10mm f/2.8 lens.

 

While processing, I liked the narrower, more focused FOV better than in the field and therefore I cropped this image to square format. This way I can combine the laterally more focused view with the vertically wider, more star filled skies.
