Unexpected Consequences
I learned the other day during a cold snap that iguanas go in to hibernation when temps dip below 40 degrees. It's pretty rare, but we just had a severe cold snap and a bunch of these iguanas flopped out of trees as they slipped into an unconscious hibernation and loosened their grip on their perches up in the trees. This guy lay here about 24 hours till the sun came out the next day and warmed him back up...
