Ambitions Personnel Website Design & Build
Ambitions Personnel is one of the UK’s most prominent recruitment agencies, covering a large area of the East Midlands, across ten locations.
The brief was to create a modern and engaging website that was sustainable and would stand the test of time. The site had to adapt to the online behaviour of the modern job seeker and meet their needs through clear, consistent navigation and functionality. The integration of social networking was a key requirement. The build of the site had to be search engine friendly and meet all accessibility requirements.
The project also featured the creation of a staff intranet, providing a source of information and clarity for all members of the agency. A blog was also designed and built to raise awareness of the charity work the agency carries out in the community.
