WIP drive cone

Playing with hexagons again! And this time it doesn't even need to be hexagonal; it just so happened that that was the shape that allowed the closest to correct diameter for the drive cone that I could come up with. And despite being axially symmetrical to the structural hexagon that makes up the core of the ship, it doesn't actually connect to it.
