Tigeress
I'm not 100% sure, but I think this is Soyono, the tigeress at the National Zoo who has given birth to three litters of cubs, the last of which was in 2006. Here's a photo of her with one of her cubs in September of 2006. I last saw her cubs Melati, Maharani, and Guntur in the Spring of 2007. They've since grown up and the two females, Melati and Maharani, have moved on to other zoos. Gunter is still at the National Zoo, but he wasn't on display when I visited.
I'm annoyed at myself for cutting off the tips of Soyono's ears in this photo, but her eyes were so intense I wanted to share it anyway. I also decided on an square crop, which I normally don't do, to bring focus to her eyes.
