I thought I’d give some at home exercise videos a try. I can’t believe how out of shape I am. I did a 17 minute cardio video and was already huffing and puffing 2 mins in.
On a different note. I learned of the details on my mom putting her bigger dog Suki down as well as reading that a fellow Starbucks coworker mysteriously passed away. In times like these, information is a little harder to process. Stay safe and take care out there.
