Shoot it while it's hot!

My attempt at the "Flickr Friday" theme "Iron".

 

This is an old perforator that belonged to my wife's grandfather. I don't know the exact age but it could have been made anywhere from the 30s to the 50s and it still works perfectly fine even though it was probably used heavily every day for decades in it's earlier years. It's really well constructed, quite heavy and mounted on a beautiful wooden plate.

 

Shot with a Noritsu "38-60 mm F 4-4.8" (enlarging) lens on a Canon EOS R5.
