The rosy and extensive pink is indicative of a purple finch and several female purple finches were accompanying this male. However, the faint streaking on his belly is similar to a house finch - let me know if you have a more definitive ID.
Edit: Given the shape of the upper mandible (downward curving, rather than part of a conical beak), I've decided this is a house finch. Although, that colour and distribution of colour is not at all typical of house finches (and I've seen many) on the Coast.
