Moldova May 9th 2019

We arrived not knowing there was to be the annual Flower Laying at the Eternity Memorial. May 9 is "Victory Day and the Commemoration of the Fallen Heroes for the Independence of the Fatherland". The photos of the fallen were classic.
Our Guide wanted us to be elsewhere, but Mike and I stayed. Most people were delighted to be photographed and were very welcoming
