Extinction Rebellion Protest Waterloo Bridge 20.4.2019

Waterloo Bridge was occupied by Climate Change protesters - all power to them. I saw this by chance as we had come to London to see the Diane Arbus exhibition at the Hayward. Photographed for a bit then went to the exhibition. On coming back to photograph again found that the police had sealed off the bridge with a view to clearing the protesters and reopening it after a week's closure by the protesters.
At the end a sinister cyclist all in black wearing a face mask and dark glasses objected to me photographing him. I had not seen the wording on the building behind, check it out.
