Noctilucent cloud
The shining cloud here is "Noctilucent Cloud", nearly 300,000 feet up, about the height Branson's space flight reached, and
around 10 times higher than the highest "normal" cloud, and so thin that it is only visible half an hour to an hour after sunset when the sky is dark but noctilucent cloud is still in sunlight. The darker cloud toward the bottom of the image is normal high cirrus cloud, probably a mere 20,000 feet up.
