Mosque
in Flores. Ramadan (fasting month) has started, so the mosques have loud prayers coming out of speakers for many hours a day (starting at 3 or 4am and often ending at midnight, but quite for most of the middle part of the day).
Edit: I'm now back in Senggigi and my hotel is in between two mosques. They briefly do prayers at 3am, then at 5ish I think, and maybe a bit later again. Then all evening until midnight. When are the people supposed to sleep?! I have earplugs...!
