Not A Cloud In The Sky - The Walkie Talkie London City by Simon Hadleigh-Sparks (On Explore 23rd May 2013)

Theme 'Sky' - My 21st week shot for this 52 week group.

 

A rare sunny spell between the clouds at the moment, I was pleased with this image as it turned out a bit more than expected - not till post did I realise there were no clouds in the sky just in the reflection. This is the new skyscraper in London 'The Walkie Talkie' not yet finished on the other side.

20 Fenchurch Street is a 37-storey skyscraper under construction on Fenchurch Street in London. It has been nicknamed the Walkie-Talkie because of its distinctive shape. Upon completion in 2014 the building will be 160 m (525 ft) tall.
