The Monk 'Haunted Syon' - Ghost Nights London by Simon Hadleigh-Sparks

Theme 'Spooky' - My 43rd week shot for this 52-week group.

 

Taken after the annual Syon House Ghost Night on Friday. Really tricky to get the lighting right as I have to deal with what's available, I have none myself.

Syon House, historically also with its 200-acre (80 hectare/800,000 m²) park, is in west London, England. It belongs to the Duke of Northumberland and is now his family's London residence. The family's traditional central London residence was Northumberland House. The eclectic interior of the house as is famous today was designed by the architect Robert Adam in the 1760s.
