This is a second image of the dogs of Tbilisi that fill the streets of downtown. All these stray dogs are neutered and each year they're vaccinated which is indicated by a coloured, plastic button in its ear. The citizens of Tbilisi make sure they are fed every day. I never saw any of these dogs being aggressive with anyone or each other. I even saw a woman who wanted to enter this store give up as she didn't want to disturb the dog.
As I said earlier, in the town of Gori, I saw a man stop six lanes of traffic because the dog wanted to cross to the other side of the highway. All the cars stopped and patiently waited. No horns were heard.
