Feature Show Falls

I decided to take a little break from the road trip pics from last weekend (I'll get back to them) and post a shot from yesterday. This is feature show falls in the boulder river area. I have yet to get a good shot from this place as these falls aren't the easiest to shoot and this day looked to be no different. Upon arrival, I no more than started to unpack my gear, when all of a sudden it started pouring rain. Great, I thought here we go again, I hunkered under a tree and waited... and waited... and waited. Finally the rain stopped and I started shooting. The river was quite high so I couldn't get out as far as I wanted into the river, so I settled on about knee deep and set up. After a couple shots all of a sudden these bolts of light came pouring through.... I can't tell you how lucky I was yesterday so I guess I'll just show you.
