When I saw the binchotan in Robbie's kitchen, I knew I had to get whatever skewer offering on the menu.

 

This was glorious. Like a sweet, savoury, and unctuous but fully balanced loaded sweet potato without any of the mealy qualities. Don't miss this gem.
