Samples

There were three baclava versions to sample. One was flaky filo (almost like puff pastry) sandwiching a think layer of sweetened pistachio nut meal, one was a roulade of ground pistachios covered with a very thin layer of pastry, and the third was a crunchy crisp pastry surrounding a center of toasty whole pistachio nuts (my fave).
