the screens are to offer semi-private spaces in open plan area - intended for use as a whole group meeting area (eg, boardroom style meetings) or tables and chairs can be reconfigured by users to suit smaller group meetings and brainstorming activities. there are no rules about returning the space to a set layout; users can leave their scribbles on the whiteboards, users who come later are free to erase and leave their own print on the area for others to see.
