Season's Greetings: Gratitude
Happy holidays, everyone: Here's to keeping it simple.
Although momentarily absent from my heart, gratitude must nevertheless be acknowledged & expressed.
So thank you...
...all the non-human animals of the world
...all the human animals who respect & revere all sentient life
...all those working for a world free of violence, killing, & murder
...all those who stop along the highways & by-ways to move the bodies of slain non-human animals out of the the way of human animals & their deadly motor vehicles
...all those who care for non-human animals of all species who have been abandoned, neglected, & targeted for violence
...all those who pay the ultimate price of their freedom in seeking to liberate non-human animals from torture, killing, & murder by human animals
...for friends, human & non-human alike, who share the burdens & suffering of Life on the Wheel of Re-birth
...for a house to shelter me & the five cats (I am fostering three barn cats), clothes to wear (vegan), vegan food to eat, a wonderful job with a steady income, human friends around the world, &, very importantly, Bodhi the Incredible Thoroughbred gelding
