The one thing you cannot do from the blog composer is actually specify a blog to post to. For this, you need to go back to the main window, select Options from the Tools menu, find the Blogging tab, hit the button, and give it your blog address. If Flock likes your blog, it'll then add it to the list and let you select it in the blog composer.
It kinda sorta worked with a Livejournal i gave it. Not so much with my WDevs log.
