Day 39 of Gratitude
The jeep's ok.
It took me a little while to find something to be happy about today because as I drove home from the cabin my jeep died. I may be a little too invested in my vehicle but I really like it and it's important to me. The attention it brings is also a lot of fun but getting attention for a dead engine on the side of the road is not fun though. I was absolutely devastated on the side of the road but found some joy in it for some reason. What do you do when you're dead on the side of the road and have no one to call? You take photos.
My brain is everywhere because I'm upset and sad yet happy and thankful that the jeep isn't dead, the engine is, but the body is perfectly fine. I didn't crash. I'm ok. Nothing happened. It could have been worse. The vehicle is out of commission but I am so lucky I still have it.
