FG Series - 1984

 

I have been doing the FG Series for two years now. Two years of regular postings from a collection of film photographs taken by a kid who really had no idea what he was doing... I am lucky that I have had enough decent images to do the series for this long.

 

The series was originally just going to be where I posted a small collection of film photographs... the ones that I thought were the best... to keep them separate from my ever growing digital catalog. Lately, however, I have found myself shooting film more and more... and I fully intend to continue that trend.

 

So... that leaves the FG Series at a different place. Over time, it has evolved into a playground for my memories. While the Wayback stuff is about my roots and a past that I was mostly not a part of... the old FG images are my nostalgia. I have reached a point where the photos that I still have to post might only be of interest to me.

What remains of my collection are photographs that are either truly poor quality, are boring as hell, or are just plain silly.... such as this one that Dave took of me doing my Thurston Howell impersonation.

 

I have not decided if I should continue with these old FG images yet... but if I do, let this be your warning that it will be mostly stuff like you see here.
