“Two Pronged Strategy”

In order to maintain peace in the Middle East, a two pronged strategy is necessary. The first crucial part is more of a cultural strategy. In order to be successful in any foreign country, the ‘outsiders’ must acclimate to a different cultural world. This includes meetings with the local elder leaders of the small communities. The second, but equally important, requirement is military action. This may involve raids on suspected enemy bases of operations.

At a remote FOB (Forward Operating Base), the U.S. military leaders meet with the village elders. At the same time a Special Forces team preps for a covert operation on a known terrorist safe house.
