I am posting this right away.
These tires are in my neighbors yard! He tried pushing them into my yard, I put the right back so he can dispose of them himself. His shit not my responsibility. I took this photo at 8 o'clock this morning as evidence that they where in his yard! His Yard and not mine! He is always throwing his garbage into my yard or in the ally and trying to get my into trouble. He is real asshole!
Update: He tired it again I took them back the tires are now Laying in the street. this is the email I sent to the Codes office:
I did call regarding but I thought I would email my photo as well. My Neighbor at 314 N 9th street keeps these two tires into my yard. Their origin was his front yard I did confront him and told him that he needed to dispose of them himself and not throw them into my yard. He became dismissive until I called him a jackass and tried to return them to my yard I told him not to and he threw them into the street.
