Double Edged Carving Knife

Sheffield macro group 'kitchenware' comp. As always, harder than I first thought. (This using the Powershot S70; I'll play with its big bro tomorrow night.) The only Photoshop used on this was for white balance. I shouldn't like a mostly out of focus pic', but this time I kind of do; there's 'just enough' information here. It took a few attempts too!
