分 佈:台灣全島平地及低海拔地區，都可以正常生長。

Alias: blackboard tree, sugar gum tree (Guangxi), lamp frame tree (Guangdong); eagle claw wood, elephant bark wood.
Origin: India to Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Philippines, subtropical regions of Australia and Africa. It is cultivated in Guangdong, Guangxi and Yunnan in China. Introduced in Taiwan in 1943.
Distribution: It can grow normally on the flat land and low-altitude areas of the whole island of Taiwan.
