The main event, bringing out the crowds from far afield, was the testing of the snowploughs held in Fairwater Yard with two tractors. There was a bit of a delay in departure apparently due to not being able to access one of the ploughs at the eastern end and they ended up going up to Weston Super Mare rather than reversing at Highbridge Loop.
On their return journey, 37601 'Perseus' and 37419 'Carl Haviland 1954 - 2012' approaches Creech St Michael with ploughs ADB965223 and ADB965235 working the 7Z21 11.22 departure. This was 31 minutes late here, which, had it been on time, would have resulted in a duller shot. 5/2/2023
