Here's the root end of the tree from our front yard. The last wind storm took it from standing straight to leaning about 15 degrees towards our driveway. It kept leaning, so in the pouring rain we sawed off the limbs (tree was about 25 feet tall) so that if the trunk fell it'd only smash a bush and not our car. Going to miss that lovely tree.
